I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, right at the end of the street close to the train station. It was so convenient to explore this city from here. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable and cozy room that had a small fridge with fresh milk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always there when I called. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything was tidy and well-maintained.
Nothing to dislike.

Convenient location for marathon start and Calton Hill. Quiet inside and out, welcoming atmosphere. Fresh milk and magazines available. Walking distance to attractions. Helpful owner Richard, cozy, clean room with everything necessary. Amazing location near city center, wished for longer stay. Detailed email with instructions, perfect stay and owner's accommodation. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the center of the city. It's just off the top of Leith Walk, so you're basically right on the edge of the town center. You'll be close to everything and all the major attractions are within easy walking distance. The rooms are decent and comfortable, with friendly and helpful hosts. There are also great pubs and restaurants in the area.
The bathroom was not well ventilated, and in colder months, the damp air would move into the room.

The hotel is situated on a quiet and charming Georgian street, providing a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms have a comfortable and traditional decor, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The private bathrooms are a great feature, ensuring privacy and convenience. Additionally, the hotel offers coded access to the rooms, adding an extra layer of security for guests.
All our expectations were met, nothing to improve.
